Smoother Development publishes its prices. An AI Production Audit costs €3,500, an AI Production Launch €20,000–35,000 depending on scope (fixed after the audit, up to 6 weeks), and AI Run, which keeps an AI feature healthy after launch, €1,500 a month. Delivery Pods are fixed-price monthly teams from €4,200 a month, each with a senior engineer responsible for architecture and code quality and the exact team composition shown below. Custom projects get a fixed price after discovery.

Workshop, review of the systems, data and code involved, model tests on your real cases, architecture, cost per request and written acceptance criteria. Credited in full if you start the launch.

A Delivery Pod is a fixed-price monthly team. Every pod includes new features and maintenance and has a senior engineer responsible for architecture and code quality; the Start Pod is led day to day by a mid-level developer with senior review. Each card shows the exact team, release rhythm and minimum term.
How much do your packages cost? +
The AI Production Audit is €3,500, the AI Production Launch €20,000–35,000 depending on scope and AI Run €1,500 a month. Delivery Pods cost €4,200 (Care Lite), €8,200, €14,000 or €23,000 a month, and e-commerce packages start at €6,000. Custom projects typically land between €30,000 and €150,000 and get a fixed price after discovery. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I change or cancel my package? +
Yes. Start and Scale run month to month after the first month, Build has a 3-month minimum, and every pod has 30 days' notice. You can scale up, scale down or pause between roadmap phases.
What's the difference between a package and a one-off project? +
A one-off project has a fixed scope and end date. A Delivery Pod is an ongoing team that continuously ships across your roadmap — ideal when you have sustained development needs rather than a single deliverable.
