How we work
A Swedish contract
You sign with Smoother Development AB under Swedish law. If we need access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses first.
A founder on every project
Daniel or Vladyslav is accountable for delivery and joins the demos. You talk to the people building your product, not to account managers.
Senior-led, honestly staffed
Every team has a senior engineer responsible for architecture and code quality. Before you sign, you see exactly who is on your team and at what level.
Prices on the website
The AI audit and launch, e-commerce packages and Delivery Pods have fixed prices published here. Custom projects get a fixed price after discovery.
Acceptance criteria in writing
Before we start, we agree in writing what the first two-week sprint must deliver. If the sprint-1 demo doesn't meet it, you can stop, and you don't pay for that sprint.
Your code, your cloud
Code in a repository you can always access, infrastructure as code and EU hosting by default. You own what we build once it's paid for.
